  Mileage reimbursement is given to the employees to recompense their expenses that are used for work-related business. We also prepare health insurance as a benefit for the employees to cover their medical expenses if any emergency happens during working hours.

Incentive Program

  Incentive program such as bonus is provided based on tutor's performance in reaching the company's goal to aspire better moral and productivity. We also prepare pay for knowledge bonus for certificate level as it boosts employees engagement and workforce flexibility by learning skills to perform variety of functions.

Workforce Program

   Job training is given to train our tutor to acquire new competencies and new skills for a better performance. We also establish 360-degree feedback for the employees to give feedback to one another so that they can improve their performance.
