Sociocultural Our tuition centre will be recruiting young and experienced tutors because young tutors are likely to understand the desirable and effective learning techniques and environment for a student. Young tutors also knows how to use gadgets and technologies well so that students will not get bored with the new teaching style, hence students are not committed to only a certain way of learning. Competitive In order to stand out in this competitive educational field, we will build a new environment between teacher and student where the tutor and students can have a friendly-like relationship in the process of teaching and learning along with hopping on current trend to attract students such as making some tiktok contents to promote our business. Economic Intelligent Academic will provide an affordable fee for all income groups but will still remain profitable for future projects or investment.

  Product    Intelligent academic services that provide educational teachings to high-school students who will be sitting for SPM. Price  We offers RM20 per subject for each students as it is very affordable and reasonable with the services that we provide. Place  We are opening our tuition center in a developing neighbourhood as f amilies that want to start a  new life  at  the neighbourhood will try to find  a new school and a new  tuition  class for their children that  are close  to their house . As it  is  a new developing neighbourhood, it would not be  too  many  or it will just be  only us that give this service .    Promotion The promotion is given to the first 30 students where they are offered RM15 per subject instead of RM20. With this promotion, it can attract more students to register at our tuition centre.

Compensation Our business provides reasonable salary to all the employees according to their job scope to ensure that we can attract and return our employees for a long period of time.  Benefit   Mileage reimbursement is given to the employees to recompense their expenses that are used for work-related business. We also prepare health insurance as a benefit for the employees to cover their medical expenses if any emergency happens during working hours. Incentive Program   Incentive program such as bonus is provided based on tutor's performance in reaching the company's goal to aspire better moral and productivity. We also prepare pay for knowledge bonus for certificate level as it boosts employees engagement and workforce flexibility by learning skills to perform variety of functions. Legitimate Power Legitimate power is very important for the leader in our business which is the president in order to decide the status of the employees and the president has the power in deciding every matter that happens in the organization to make sure that every work is done accordingly. Referent Power Referent power is also a type of power that is cardinal for a leader. For example, the president, as a leader, plays the biggest role in influencing the employees to ensure an excellent working environment by showing a good image and leadership. Referent power also creates a strong connection between the leader and employees to reach a common goal.

External Source For our business venture, we are going to finance our business from external sources through venture capital. We will be presenting about our business venture and what we are capable of bringing up from the tuition institute to the investors. This is to provide funds from investors to fund our business at the early stage. Internal Source Also, from our side, we are going to sell a compilation of HOTS questions and from the profitable margin, we can invest some of it for the growth of our tuition institute.

      A lesson that we have learnt from this group project, a president is important in a particular business, because this president itself are the one who needs to influence all the employees to ensure all the working process goes smoothly so that we can ensure an excellent working environment.    On top of that, it is important to have a great leader in a company. A great leader have a good decision making, if any problem occur, a leader plays a big role to counter the problem.    Besides, business planning is very important to ensure the smooth running of a business and its longevity other than to avoid any major problems that could affect the business.    Also, we need to have a backup plan to ensure we are ready if anything goes opposite to our first planning because we as human can only plan, Allah SWT is the one who will decide.
